Keeping You Safe

Lisa’s Personal Commitment to Safety

At Fortis, we believe that Trust & Safety is at the heart of creating Games where you Belong. Together, we're creating environments where players can focus on what matters most: having fun, competing fairly, and building lasting friendships.

A word from Lisa, our Sr. Manager of Trust and Safety,

“Having spent almost three decades in law enforcement, I've poured my heart and soul into building safe communities. As a former police officer and a parent whose kids live and breathe gaming - I know real safety isn't just about rules. It’s about trust. It’s about making sure every player has a genuine place at the table.
Nothing gets me more excited than watching communities grow together. Seeing people lift each other up, play fairly, and build something inclusive together — that’s exactly what “Games Where You Belong” means to me. I’m really excited about the opportunity ahead - let's build this together!”

The Fortis Code

The Fortis Code is the foundation of everything we build together. It sets out how we treat each other — and what we stand for as a community. Read it. Live it.

Moderation Approach

We celebrate positive digital citizenship in our community.

If someone breaks the Fortis Code, we respond fairly and proportionately — starting most often with a reminder or temporary restriction, and in the most serious cases, removing access entirely.

Whenever we take action, we explain why. If you believe we got this wrong, you can request a review through our appeals form, available on our Support Hub.

Reporting Process

See something that doesn’t belong? Use our reporting tool to flag it.

Reporting is quick, confidential, and makes a real difference. Every report is reviewed by our team, and we act on what we find.
