How We Respond

We’re committed to keeping our community safe, fair, and fun for everyone. That’s why we have an accountability system in place to help uphold the Fortis Code across all our games.

When players break the Fortis Code, we issue sanctions that match the type and severity of the behavior. In most situations, this starts with chat restrictions. Repeated or serious violations lead to longer restrictions — and in the worst cases, a permanent chat ban. For the most serious violations, sanctions may be permanent.

For behavior outside of chat, such as cheating, we may take action such as removing items or benefits that have been unfairly gained, removing progress, achievements, or levels, rolling back accounts, and more. As with chat violations, we may also apply a chat mute or account ban depending on the circumstances. Cheating includes using unauthorized third-party tools, bots, macros, exploiting bugs, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage.

Off-Platform Behavior

What happens outside of our games can still affect the people inside them.

When serious off-platform behavior harms players or our community, we may step in —including banning accounts in the most severe cases.

We treat each case individually. Our goal is always to protect players and keep the community welcoming — and we act fairly and proportionately to do that.

All actions are taken in line with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Fortis Code. We’re committed to transparency throughout the process.

Appeals Process

Think we got something wrong? You have the right to appeal. Use the in-game support chat or visit our support page and follow the appeal process instructions. We review every appeal carefully and explain our decision clearly — regardless of the outcome
